📧 Order Email Alerts
This site has no backend server, and Firebase's own email-trigger option (Cloud Functions) needs the paid Blaze plan — so this uses EmailJS instead: a free service (200 emails/month, no billing) that sends mail straight from the browser.
1. Create a free account at emailjs.com and connect your Gmail as a "Service".
2. Create an email "Template" with variables:
order_id, customer_name, customer_email, customer_phone, address, items, total, payment_method, to_email.3. Copy your Service ID, Template ID, and Public Key into the fields below.
Until these are filled in, order emails are silently skipped — checkout still works normally either way. Orders always also save to Admin → Orders regardless of email setup.
⚠️ Danger Zone — Reset All Data
This will permanently delete ALL orders, customers, coupons, and products from Firebase. This cannot be undone. Use only before going live with fresh data.

Storage has its own separate rules from Firestore — this is the #1 reason hero video uploads fail with "unauthorized". Set these in Firebase Console → Storage → Rules (and make sure Storage is enabled at all — new projects sometimes need you to click "Get Started" on the Storage tab once):

🎬 Hero Video Background
This site is on Firebase's free Spark plan (no Storage), so the video is hosted as a static file on Vercel — same place your site already deploys — and only the URL is saved to Firestore. Completely free.
1. Put your video file in your Vercel project folder, next to
index.html — e.g. name it hero-video.mp4.2. Redeploy on Vercel.
3. Paste
/hero-video.mp4 below (just the filename, not the full domain) and tap Set Video.
